    Yes. Our smart alarm systems allow you to arm/disarm via mobile app, receive instant alerts, and monitor your home remotely from anywhere in the world.

  • Do wireless alarm systems need an internet or broadband connection to work?

    No. Our wireless intruder alarm systems operate using their own built-in wireless technology and do not rely on your home internet or broadband. This means your alarm will still function even if your Wi-Fi goes down. The system communicates securely between sensors and the main control panel using dedicated radio frequency (RF) signals, ensuring reliable protection at all times.

  • Will my pets trigger the alarm system when I'm not home?

    Not with the right setup. We install pet-friendly motion detectors that are designed to ignore animals up to a specific weight — perfect for homes with cats or small to medium-sized dogs. If you have larger pets or prefer zero risk of false alarms, we can design a perimeter-only intruder alarm system that protects doors, windows, and entry points without using internal motion sensors. Our systems also allow for up to 4 different part-set modes, so you can secure certain areas (like downstairs at night) while keeping others disarmed and comfortable for pets.

  • Can I access my security cameras remotely?

    Yes, you can view your CCTV security cameras remotely via our secure app on your smartphone, tablet, or PC. This gives you full visibility of your property from anywhere.

  • How long is CCTV footage stored?

    Most of our CCTV recording systems store footage for 14 to 30 days, depending on your chosen hard drive size and settings. We can customise storage based on your needs.

  • Do your CCTV cameras work at night?

    Yes, all of our night vision security cameras are equipped with infrared technology to provide clear images even in complete darkness

  • Can I upgrade my existing CCTV system?

    Yes. We can often upgrade your CCTV cameras or digital video recorder (DVR/NVR) to improve video quality and add features like remote access and motion detection.

  • Why should I install a smart video doorbell?

    A smart video doorbell allows you to see, talk to, and record visitors at your door — even when you're not home. It’s ideal for home security, deterring cold callers, and monitoring deliveries.

  • Do you offer alarm maintenance services?

  • Are call-out charges included in my maintenance plan?

    Call-outs for faults covered by your warranty or maintenance agreement are usually included. If damage is due to misuse or external interference, a call-out fee may apply. We’ll always be transparent.
